About to head over to Willowcreek for Day 2 of the Arise Conference. I’m doing two sessions today: Snakes and Doves and Right-Brain Preaching.

In my devotional readings this morning I came across one of my favorite phrases. It’s such a healthy recalibration. I Corinthians 3:5 says we are “only servants.” That’s all we are. But what a King and what a Kingdom!

I’ll hop a flight later today and head back to DC. Tomorrow is the kid’s last day of school so I’m headed home for some last day of school traditions. We’ll do breakfast at Eastern Market.
