The property miracles continue…

We just locked in another contract on an empty lot that abuts 733 Virginia Avenue, SE. It’ll enable us to add about 15,000 feet to our final footprint. And I don’t think we’re done yet. We now have frontage on four streets–7th, 8th, Virginia Avenue, and L Street. Sure seems like God is extending our “tent pegs.”

I think it’s important that we don’t make decisions based on current staff or current attendance or even current demographics. We’ve got to design based on our dream. In fact, designing is a form of dreaming. And we’re not dreaming small. I think we have plenty of property to serve our purposes for the next five years, but we’re thinking in twenty-five year terms!
