As we look to expand Ebenezers Coffeehouse we’re going to create a separate 501(c)3. The question is how. We also need to figure out how to legally set up the Ministry Center we’re looking to launch in DC. Our CFO is seeking out legal counsel but we’re not sure where to start or who to turn to. Sure would appreciate some input from those who have been down that road.

Any pointers on legally establishing a separate organization like a Dream Center, Non-Profit, or CDC?
