We’ve lived in DC for fourteen years now and every year we make the trek down to the National Mall for the fireworks. We love that tradition, but I think we started a new one this year! The view of the fireworks from our roof was spectacular. It was like surround-city fireworks because we saw dozens of fireworks displays shooting off simultaneously. The most incredible was obviously the fireworks above the Washington Monument, but it was so incredible watching fireworks from all around the surrounding suburbs! Unforgettable memory. Loving our new house on the hill. I’m not even going to post a picture because it won’t do it justice!
