Remember when Apollo begins training Rocky and Rocky finally beat Apollo in a foot race on the beach. Classic scene! Of course, every Rocky scene is classic!

That’s how I felt in the pool today. Summer ate my lunch. We’re training for our Escape from Alcatraz swim. Got in 64 laps today but we raced the last few. My little girl smoked her dad. It felt terrible and wonderful all at the same time!
