Can I invoke some prayer? We’ve been negotiating for a piece of property on Capitol Hill and there aren’t many of them! We’re up against a real estate Goliath that has 23 million square feet of retail space across the country. We’ve got less than 10,000 square feet. This isn’t a battle we should win, but I believe the battle has already been won. With all due respect, this piece of property doesn’t belong to the sellers. It belongs to God. I think this piece of property has our name on it, but it’s going to take some serious intercession. Actually, we’re not praying for it. We’re praising Him for it because we believe it’s already a done deal despite the long odds against us.

We are believing God for another real estate miracle just like 201 F Street, NE. Four people offered more money for that piece of property than we did and two of them were real estate developers! But they didn’t pray for it for four years! A real estate developer with 23 million square feet of retail space seems like a Goliath, but they are no match for thousands of people not just praying but praising God.
