We welcome seven proteges to our team today.

Proteges raise their own support to come on staff. So it’s a huge step of faith on their part. And it tells you what kind of people they are! They will work with a staff mentor in a specific department. And then we have a leadership development program that they will be part of. It’s our first time around the block so we’re learning as we’re going. But I think it’s going to be a great year. I know they’ll be a blessing to NCC. And we want to be a blessing to them by investing in them as leaders.
