Fourteen years ago today my father-in-law, Bob Schmidgall, passed away. Still shocked. Still miss him.  Still don’t understand why.  But I’m so grateful for the prayer legacy he left behind. 

The Circle Maker is dedicated to him: “The memory of you kneeling in prayer lives forever, as do your prayers.”  For me personally, it’s the most important part of the book.  And I hope the book helps people follow the example he set.  One thing I know for sure: our prayers never die!  I’m living proof.  For that I’m grateful.
