We head out to the Eastern Shore for our annual Play and Pray Retreat.  One of the highlights of the year.  Our staff works so hard.  Amazing work ethic.  This is a well-deserved retreat where we just step back, refuel the tank, and have fun together.  We do a lot of playing and praying. Plus all spouses and kids are invited so it’s like a huge family reunion of sorts.

I also feel like it’s an annual milestone where we remember where we’ve been and where we’re headed.  Each year we stand back in awe and say: look at what God has done!
