So I went to get a new passport today. My passport expires right before my trip to Peru next summer to hike the Inca Trail. Long story short, the passport website I went to said you get your old passport back. But the guy at the office said they confiscate it.

I think I’m going to “lose” my passport. Is it just me or does anyone else want to hang on to their old passport? What a memento! Each stamp represents so many moments and memories. I don’t want to give it back!
