More than a decade ago, Joseph Pine and James Gilmore wrote a revolutionary book titled The Experience Economy.  I loved it and I’ve always wanted to attend one of their experience events.  Today I do. I’m flying to Las Vegas for a field trip.  The subtitle of their book is self-explanatory: Work is theater & Every Business is a stage.

The updated version released this week so it doubles as a release party.
