At NCC, we hardly vote on anything. But we survey just about everything! We did a little survey this weekend as we try to discern where our fifth location needs to be. The move from Union Station to Ebenezers on Sunday mornings was so successful that we’ll keep meeting at Ebenezers on Sunday mornings. But we have no room to grow. So we’re looking to launch a fifth and possibly a sixth location in 2010.

We aren’t ready to reveal where we’ll launch. But here is the big takeaway from the survey. We’re created a culture where people are willing to step up and step out and be part of something new! Love the entreprenurial spirit at NCC. And it’s one of the things I love about being a multi-site church. You’re never satisfied. You never arrive. There is always new territory to be taken. I think it keeps our focus on advancing the Kingdom one location at a time.
