Our family went to the lighting of the National Christmas Tree. Great music across the board. But the four year-old girl, Kaitlyn Maher, who was a finalist on America’s Got Talent absolutely stole the show. Man, that little girl can melt hearts. Too cute.

Here are a few pictures. Couldn’t believe how many NCCers I saw, including two very intimidating bouncers standing guard at the artist’s tent (by day they work as worship coordinator and event coordinator at NCC). For the second time in one week I was a few feet from the President. And the countdown to the lighting of the National Christmas Tree is a pretty cool tradition.
