I’m headed to Ocean City, MD to speak at a retreat for about 450 pastors. I’m talking about two of my passions: identity and creativity. I think pastors struggle with identity issues as much as any other occupation. I’m no exception And the future belongs to right-brain leaders so I’m hoping to push the creative envelope.
