I recently joined the Partners in Church Consulting coaches network. Great group of coaches ranging from lead pastors to worship leaders to executive pastors. Each coach has a network of 12 leaders that they mentor over 6 months. If you’re looking for a coach, I think it’s a great opportunity. It’ll involve six trips to DC for six mentoring days.
I meet with pastors all the time. I love speaking at conferences. And I view blogging as a form of digital mentoring. But I can’t wait to invest in a group of 12. I think we’ll all walk away with some leadership friendships and some God ideas. And I’m praying that the value added will far outweigh the investment of time and money!
