Just wanted to announce our next sermon series that kicks off next weekend. The series is titled influence and we’ve got an amazing line-up of speakers. We kick off with former NFL MVP, Shaun Alexander. Then we’ll profile some NCCers who are making a difference right here in DC. Week 3 we have a 93 year-old businessman named Stanley Tam who has given away more than $120 million. And we wrap it up with mom and author, Sue Aughtmon. Her book, All I need is Jesus and a Good Pair of Jeans, is a must-read for moms!

One of the things I love about pastoring in DC is the opportunity to influence influencers. This series is about leveraging our influence for kingdom purposes.
