Four years ago today we purchased 201 F Street, NE.

I’ll never forget the circumstances because Josiah was born the day before. The lawyer actually came to the hospital so we could sign the papers. It’s been a long hard road But I’m celebrating today because the dream is so close to becoming reality.

I’m loving the copper ductwork. We’ll hang some copper screens on the ceiling. And they are currently installing the “train tracks” in the floor. Once we finish painting and adding decor the place is going to be sweet!
