Had an amazing week at Lake Anna.  Caught lots of fish and several turtles!  Swam in water that is heated by a nuclear reactor.  Enjoy a sunset cruise on a pontoon boat.  Topped it off with tubing.

Good times. Good memories.

One of the highlights was going to an old country church that was built before the civil war. The slaves used to enter a back door and sit in the balcony.  They had several Bibles in a glass case that date back to 1818.  On the way out they gave us a commemorative plate!  Made my day!  I felt like I was back in my childhood church where we sang out hymnals, got bulletins with a detailed order of service, and everybody knew everybody.
