A couple years ago, NCC raised more than $50,000 and sent a team of 22 NCCers to build an orphanage in Uganda. We’re actually returning to Uganda to build another orphanage this year. It’s one of our ten trips as part of our A18 Initiative. So the hands-down highlight of this weekend was the Watoto Children’s Choir from the village in Uganda where we built the orphanage. Man, these kids can sing and dance. All of them are orphans but they are so full of the joy of the Lord. Trophies of God’s grace!
