We had our annual staff Christmas party last night. Such a great time of celebrating the things God has done in 2010. Some amazing miracles! A $3 million gift put us in a position to buy a miraculous piece of property. We launch our fifth and sixth locations. And we continue to go and give more to missions! Amazing year and I’m so grateful for an amazing team. What a God-loving and fun-loving team! Love doing ministry and doing life with our team!

I think who you do ministry with largely determines how much you enjoy ministry! It’s the PEOPLE as much as or more than the PORTFOLIO that determines job satisfaction. I love what I do, in large part, because of the people I do it with!
