Every year our entire staff goes to the Catalyst Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. It’s our spiritual renewal retreat in a sense. I always walk away stoked. It’s hard to describe, but it’s like getting hooked up to a leadership IV that pumps leadership steroids right into your bloodstream. Or something like that
