A few years ago we had an idea: why not do our baptisms at a public place. After all, it’s a public profession of faith. We’ll head out to Sandy Point State Park on Sunday for our annual baptism at the Chesapeake Bay. This is one of the great joys of pastoring. Nothing like the transformation that happens when a person gives their life to Christ. Each one is a trophy of God’s grace. The thing that amazes me is that every story is so unique. A testament to God’s sovereignty.
