Our team heads up to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor today for two days of strategic planning. It’s always a little overwhelming because we try to put everything we do on the table. The goal is to rethink and reprioritize what we do. I also want our different staff and different departments to set goals and establish strategies.
The goal is to walk away with a sermon strategy, staffing strategy, assimilation strategy, discipleship strategy, outreach strategy, and launch strategy to name a few. We’re obviously building off of previous years, but strategy needs to be tweaked and upgraded all the time.
