I haven’t led a small group in a long time. Back in the day, I led our first Bible study for several years. It met in a little restaurant off of Lincoln Park called The Park Cafe. Then we met in our home for quite a while. I haven’t led many small groups since because of my morphing portfolio. But I am super excited about leading a group for dads this summer. Not only is discipling sons one of my passions. I felt like, in light of the fact that this summer is all hands on deck, it would be good for me to lead on that level. Nothing will sharpen your edge as a leader and help you keep a pulse on people like leading a small group.
