We all need a place to go back to.
Going back to my Alma Mater was so good for me. Took me back to my primal calling. Lots of amazing memories in the chapel, in the classroom, and on the court.
I think altar making is a lost spiritual art form. Read the Old Testament and it seems like they were building altars everywhere all the time! Why? I think part of the answer is that we need a place to go back to. Isn’t that what communion is all about? It is a pilgrimage back to the foot of the cross.

Thank God for places to go back to. Thank God for the cross!
